  2. The OCD & Anxiety Center is offering FREE online parent support groups on Thursday nights at 6pm. Are you finding it difficult to find a balance between work, childcare, and self-care while worrying about your children’s health as well as your own? You’re not the only one.
    We are offering a free, weekly online support group to parents to help find balance, offer tips on parenting and setting boundaries during the quarantine, and to find ways to take advantage of the extra time you have with your children. Colleen Pipia, LCPC & Lauren Eldridge, LCSW will be leading group on Thursdays from 6-7pm, beginning on April 16th.
